　既に会員皆様にはご案内済にて、申し込み済の会員企業殿に於かれましては本件ご放念ください。JACTIM会員企業からの優秀人材、STEM系人材確保のニーズを受けて、昨年よりマレーシア国内ランキング第二位のUPMと調整を進めて参り、この度7月13日(木)及び17日(月)にUPM大学卒業予定生徒とのリクルートフェアを行う事となりました。参加学生はビジネスス学部等から約200名(13日)、工学部及び大学院生約500名(17日)で、特に17日は全工学部生が個別ブースでの卒業研究プレゼンにJACTIM会員企業の参加が許されており、その場での学生評価に基づき就職面談を進めることができます。又、HRや産学連携についての学長、副学長等UPMトップとの懇談の場も設けられております。

※この就職イベントは、学生の卒研発表に参加しその内容や説明で入社候補として選べるという大変画期的な、UPMとJACTIMの初のコラボ企画就職イベントです。JACTIM会員企業限定及び10月の例年のキャリアフェアーより早く行い、競合他社の先を行く“青田買い”日程とした為、大学側からは最小参加会社数が15社と定められています。 6.29の申込期限を控え6.28段階で参加企業５社の為申込期限を７月４日としましたが、更に10社の企業参加数が必要です。会員皆様の当就職イベントの趣旨・内容のご理解と参加への今一度のご検討をよろしくお願い申し上げます。

As we have already informed our members, JACTIM is holding recruitment fair with UPM graduating students.The fair will take place on July 13th (Thursday) for approximately 200 students from the Faculty of Business and related fields and on the 17^th (Monday) around 500 students from the Faculty of Engineering and post graduate programs will participate.  Particularly on the 17th, all engineering students will have individual booths for their graduation research presentations (viva), and JACTIM member companies are allowed to participate.This event not only aims to aims to attract early talented STEM professionals but also provides an opportunity for futurerecruitment planning, exchanging opinions on HR and industry-academia with UPM top management including the VC, Deputy VC, and Professors.
